How long have you been an artist? What is your specialty? Where do u find inspiration?
That feels like trick question, as I don’t know exactly when I became an ‘artist’, I have always loved creating, and making art in any way I can, but analog collage is something I have always loved, since I was a kid, and is now what I specialize in. I find a lot of my inspiration from fantasy and science fiction – things like back to the future and Indiana Jones, and also a lot of animations. I like to see other ways people could warp and change reality, and I try to use that in a lot of my work.
Do you have a job in the art industry? If So, what’s one thing you don’t like about it? If no, where would your dream job be?
My dream job would be producing album artwork regularly.
Do you have a favorite Artist?
Sammy Slabbinck is definitely up there, the colour palette of his collages has always been very appealing to me, and the flow of the images used is so dreamy. I could get lost in his work.

What is one accomplishment you’ve had in your life? Does not need to be art related.
Living alone and being independent from a young age is what I’m most proud of, motivating myself to get back into education, and escaping toxic relationships and environments. Being in total control of my own life, and my future.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
Traveling the world, from beach to beach, making art, with tequila always in reach.

If you could meet and talk to any person in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?
I would happily talk to anyone and everyone who loves to create. Whether it’s music or films or art – listening to a creative person talk about what they’re passionate about is always refreshing.
How is one way you make money with your art?
I have recently been commissioned to make a few album covers, and I also sell posters and prints of my collages.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
Vietnam. My sister moved out there a year ago, so I would kill to see her again soon, and also its is such a dramatic difference in scenery in the best most fabulous way.
What is your favorite brand of art supply? Whether it’s a brand of pencils or brand of camera or software
Swann-Morton blades, all the way

Any advice for young artists?
Doing stop creating, whatever it is, just keep doing your thing.
