Do you have a job in the art industry? If So, what’s one thing you don’t like about it? If no, where would your dream job be?
I am still a student at the moment. I’m going back to a video game school this year for 3 years of study. I would dream of working at Square Enix because their graphic quality in 3D have always impressed me, it’s really a wonderful job for graphic designers.

Do you have a favorite Artist?
Of course ! I always admired Tetsuya Nomura for her beautiful drawings and her creativity in her characters. He puts a lot of symbolism into these drawings which makes his work both mysterious and exciting.

What is one accomplishment you’ve had in your life? Does not need to be art related.
To be on the cusp of accomplishing one of my dreams of working for video games as well as my very first trip to Japan that I did not long ago.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
At Square Enix or maybe Disney? I hope one of them!

If you could meet and talk to any person in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?
Tetsuya Nomura! I would love to know his work techniques or discuss art or project idea or even discuss anything with him why not! As well as thank him for all these wonderful quality games!

How is one way you make money with your art?
Working in a video game box or can be doing 3D animation movies

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
Japan ! The traditions, their mentalities, their landscapes, this country is extraordinary! It feels like being in another world that fits me well enough. I have the feeling of being in my element there, I could easily take a liking to this country and live there. However, if I had to travel often in the world, I would not go to Japan. I am curious to see how life goes in other countries. If I had to travel to countries, I would go to USA, Canada, England, Italy, Greece and Germany. It would be the countries I would see first.

What is your favorite brand of art supply? Whether it’s a brand of pencils or brand of camera or software
Pen: Copic, Sakura
Software: Photoshop

Any advice for young artists?
Have a lot of patience in the drawing because art is not innate, it learns as time goes by. Keep hope and do not let go because the result pays later. Train but mostly! Have fun by drawing what you like! Having a model (a favorite artist) plays a lot! This will motivate you to advanced in your Artwork and as well as follow the footsteps of your idol. For me, it’s a motivation that is priceless! Try to emulate his style while putting your personal touch will you progress. When I started drawing, I did not stop copying the drawings of Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball mangaka). Once I was able to copy his drawings and have acquired some skills, I started to create characters and make Fanarts by myself while helping me drawing model next (drawing model of naked character) which is still the case today. This is my technique, for some it may work and for others may be that it will not be the right system however I hope it can help you in your future projects!
