How long have you been an artist? What is your specialty? Where do u find inspiration?
I’ve always loved to draw, but I started to take in seriously when I was 11 in sixth grade. I mainly draw Comic book, pop culture, and video game characters. I find inspiration from BIG comic book artists like Jack Kirby, Jim lee, Greg Capullo, Alex Ross, Rob Liefeild, and Todd Mcfarlane.

Do you have a job in the art industry? If So, what’s one thing you don’t like about it? If no, where would your dream job be?
Not an official job, but I am apart of a graphic arts program at my high school. I would love to be a Comic book artist, a concept artist, or a storyboard artist (preferably for Disney or Marvel)

Do you have a favorite Artist?
All of the artists listed in the previous question, but my favorite artist is Jim Lee.

What is one accomplishment you’ve had in your life? Does not need to be art related.
To be completely honest, I haven’t accomplished anything big, but I’ve been, and still am working, to accomplish something great.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
5 years, graduated college in search for finding my career job. 10 years working at a job I am happy with drawing comics or storyboards for a good company. 20 years continuing my career, start to make a “bigger” name for myself.

If you could meet and talk to any person in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?
Mr. Stan “the man” Lee and the amazing Jack Kirby. Yes I am aware Stan Lee was not an artist, but he inspired me just as much as Jack Kirby to take on art and comics.

How is one way you make money with your art?
I haven’t gotten a chance to commission my art, but I hope to soon start a business.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
Well, I haven’t really thought of that, but I think I’d love to go to London, or Tokyo, and New York and San Francisco.

What is your favorite brand of art supply? Whether it’s a brand of pencils or brand of camera or software
I use a variety of art products from different companies.

Any advice for young artists?
You can always say that you’ll do it, but in the end it’s up to you to get up and go do it. All I’m trying to say is:
Just do it!
