How long have you been an artist? What is your specialty? Where do u find inspiration?
About 4 years. Collage art. In vintage photography, architecture, nature, advertising.

Do you have a job in the art industry? If So, what’s one thing you don’t like about it? If no, where would your dream job be?
I’m a self employed artist, working from home. Dream job already. Quotations/fees/budgets are definitely not my favorite thing to do.

Do you have a favorite Artist?
Too many to list. Surrealists. Other collage artists.

What is one accomplishment you’ve had in your life? Does not need to be art related.
Bringing up three happy kids.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
Living overseas, traveling as a mobile artist

How is one way you make money with your art?
I create album cover art for the music industry, doing commissions as well as licensing existing designs, on a worldwide basis.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
Iceland to see the Northern Lights

What is your favorite brand of art supply? Whether it’s a brand of pencils or brand of camera or software
Apple, Adobe, Wacom for digital work. For analog, Bostik for glue, EK Success for scissors, Exacto for blades.

Any advice for young artists?
Surround yourself with a supportive network of friends and artists, whether it be in your local community or on-line groups. Having a positive environment to create in is half the battle.
